Defendant-appellant, pro se, having moved for reargument of two prior orders of this Court, entered on May 31, 2018 (M-1445) and September 25, 2018 (M-3368), which denied, as time-barred, his prior applications for leave to file an untimely notice of appeal, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is denied.
