Supreme Court of Michigan
Jan 15, 2002
639 N.W.2d 806 (Mich. 2002)

Opinion

No. 117997-8 (96).

January 15, 2002.

COA: 209543, 220876, Wayne CC: 96-004800

On April 17, 2001, this Court, while retaining jurisdiction, remanded the matter to the Wayne Circuit Court for a hearing and findings relative to search and seizure.

The hearing having been conducted on October 5, 2001, and the transcript having been filed with the court on November 21, 2001, the application for leave to appeal from the October 10, 2000 decision of the Court of Appeals is again considered, and it is DENIED, because we are not persuaded that the questions presented should be reviewed by this Court.

Corrigan, C.J., and Markman, J., would grant leave to appeal.
