PEOPLE of the State of Michigan, Plaintiff-Appellee, v. Brian Keith SCHWAB, Defendant-Appellant.


Order

On order of the Chief Justice, the motion of the defendant-appellant to hold the case in abeyance for 90 days to allow him to file an amended application is GRANTED IN PART. The Court will permit the filing of an amended application not to exceed 35 pages if it is submitted on or before January 5, 2023. The Court makes no decision at this time whether to accept any new claims raised in the amended application.
