ORDER

On order of the Chief Justice, the motion of the defendant-appellant to request immediate action is GRANTED IN PART. The Court will extend by 28 days the time for filing an amended application not to exceed 35 pages. The amended application is due by February 2, 2023. The Court makes no decision at this time whether to accept any new claims raised in the amended application. The motion is DENIED in all other respects.
