ORDER

SIMA G. PATEL, JUDGE, acting under MCR 7.211(E)(2), orders:

The motion to extend time to file the stenographer's certificate is treated as a motion to extend time to file transcript and is GRANTED until November 10, 2023. If the transcripts are not filed as required by this order, this case shall be submitted on the involuntary dismissal docket without further notice, counsel having failed to ensure the timely filing of the transcripts. Further, costs in the amount of $250 may be assessed against counsel.

The Clerk's Office is directed to email a copy of this order to Court Reporter Deborah Johnson.
