Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is denied.

Memorandum: Insofar as appellant's motion seeks an order to compel the production of an exhibit purportedly considered in the proceedings below, that request for relief is properly directed to the trial court (see generally 22 NYCRR § 1000.7 [b]). 1
