Judgment of the County Court, Nassau County, rendered January 28, 1966, modified, on the facts, by reducing the sentence on the robbery count to 2 1/2 to 5 years, which sentence, as provided in the judgment, shall run concurrently with the 2 1/2 to 5 year sentence on the attempted burglary count. As so modified, judgment affirmed. In our opinion, under all the circumstances, the sentence was excessive. Christ, Acting P.J., Rabin, Hopkins, Benjamin and Munder, JJ., concur.
