ORDER
The Court, acting under MCR 7.216(A)(10), orders that:
The application for leave to appeal is DISMISSED for lack of jurisdiction because the lower court has not entered an order denying the motion to resentence. This dismissal is without prejudice to appellant filing a subsequent application for leave to appeal once the trial court has entered the aforementioned order. MCR 7.203(B) and 7.205(A).
