Present — Nolan, P.J., Carswell, Adel, Sneed and MacCrate, JJ.


Appellant, having been convicted in the Court of Special Sessions of the City of New York, Borough of Brooklyn, on each of three informations charging willful violations of the terms of a lease by failure to furnish heat and hot water, in violation of section 2040 of the Penal Law, and failing and neglecting to furnish heat, in violation of section 225 of the Sanitary Code of the City of New York, appeals from each judgment "on conviction of an alleged violation of Section 2040 of the Penal Law". Judgments, insofar as appealed from, unanimously affirmed. No opinion.
