DECISION ORDER

Appeal by the defendant, as limited by his motion, from an amended sentence of the County Court, Westchester County (Leavitt, J.), imposed July 21, 1998, on the grounds that the amended sentence is both illegal and excessive.

ORDERED that the amended sentence is affirmed. No opinion.
