Appellant having moved for a writ of error coram nobis vacating the order of this Court entered November 19, 2004 affirming a judgment of Supreme Court, Erie County, rendered January 9, 2002,

Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Damion Saulters sworn to March 14, 2018, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, the affidavit of Michael J. Hillery, Esq. sworn to March 23, 2018, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is denied.
