An order of this Court having been entered July 8, 2008 (M-6522), dismissing defendant's appeal taken from the judgment of the Supreme Court, Bronx County, rendered on or about July 14, 2004, And defendant having renewed his motion for reinstatement of the aforesaid dismissed appeal or, in the alternative, for a writ of error coram nobis and review of his claim of ineffective assistance of appellate counsel, and for related relief, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is denied.
