An appeal having been taken herein from a judgment of the Jefferson County Court, rendered January 4, 2023, under Indictment No. 22-192, and appellant having moved for an order, pursuant to CPL 460.10 (6), treating the notice of appeal dated January 20, 2023, as valid as to a judgment of the Jefferson County Court, rendered January 4, 2023, under Indictment No. 22-191, and to consolidate the appeals, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is hereby ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks relief pursuant to CPL 460.10 (6) is denied without prejudice to a motion seeking an extension of time to take an appeal pursuant to CPL 460.30, and

It is further ORDERED that the motion is otherwise dismissed.
