PRESENT: , P.J., PERADOTTO, LINDLEY, VALENTINO, AND WHALEN, JJ.

Appellant having moved to consolidate the appeals taken from the judgments of the Oneida County Court, rendered February 28, 2013, and for other relief,

Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Bradley E. Keem, Esq. sworn to July 10, 2014, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the appeals from

the judgments rendered February 28, 2013 are hereby consolidated for the purposes of perfecting and arguing the appeals, and

It is further ORDERED that appellant perfect the appeals on or before November 18, 2014, and in the event of failure to so perfect, the appeals are hereby dismissed without further order.
