DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the respondent to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief in response to the supplemental brief filed by the appellant's assigned counsel on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, rendered April 14, 2010.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, the respondent's time to serve and file a brief in response to the supplemental brief filed by the appellant's assigned counsel is enlarged until April 2, 2012, and the respondent shall serve and file a brief in response to assigned counsel's supplemental brief on or before that date.
