THE COURT:

It is ordered that the opinion filed herein on April 20, 2012, be modified as follows:

The phrase "(!RT 551-552)!" is deleted from the first sentence of the first paragraph of footnote two on page five, so that the sentence now reads:

On cross-examination of Officer Ramirez, defense counsel attempted to ask him different hypotheticals, including this one: "Six people at a party, drinking, dark garage."

There is no change in the judgment.
