Defendant-appellant having moved for a further enlargement of time in which to perfect the consolidated appeals taken from judgments, and an order of the Supreme Court, New York County, rendered on or about October 10, 2017 and March 16, 2018, respectively, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of enlarging the time to perfect the consolidated appeals to the April 2019 Term.
