Attorney Regulation.

The Presiding Disciplinary Judge approved the parties' Conditional Admission of Misconduct and suspended Respondent, Joyce K. Sanchez, attorney registration number 11139, from the practice of law in the State of Colorado for a period of one year and one day, with all but sixty days stayed followed by a two-year period of probation subject to conditions. Respondent is a sole practitioner. The Office of Attorney Regulation Counsel received notification from respondent's bank that she had written two insufficient fund checks on her law firm trust account. Respondent engaged in negligent conversion of client funds in violation of Colo. RPC 1.15(a) constituting grounds for discipline pursuant to C.R.C.P. 251.5. Respondent was ordered to pay the costs of the disciplinary proceeding.
