Appellant's “Motion to Decertify the Record and for Record Augmentation on Remand,” filed on December 23, 2022, is denied. On the court's own motion, the record is augmented to include the digital copies of the PowerPoint presentations used during the prosecutor's opening statement and closing argument, lodged with the superior court on December 17, 2021.
