People v. Salaman

Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of New York, Second Department
Apr 20, 1987
129 A.D.2d 746 (N.Y. App. Div. 1987)

Opinion

April 20, 1987

Appeal from the County Court, Westchester County (Litz, J.).

Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.

We find no basis to disturb the County Court's determination that the arresting officer had reasonable suspicion to stop and frisk the defendant who fit the description of a "man with a gun" on a street corner in a high-crime area at night (see, People v McLaurin, 43 N.Y.2d 902). Bracken, J.P., Lawrence, Eiber and Spatt, JJ., concur.
