On the Court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated August 3, 2012, on an appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, rendered November 17, 2011, is amended by deleting from page 3 thereof the following: "Appellant's Address, 07-A-4685, Green Haven Corr. Fac., P.O. Box 4000, Stormville, N.Y. 12582," and substituting therefor the following: "Appellant's Address, 11-A-4386, Gouverneur Corr. Fac., 112 Scotch Settlement Road, PO Box 370, Gouverneur, N.Y., 13642-0370".
