Judgment of the Court of Special Sessions of the City of New York, Borough of Queens, convicting defendant of possessing policy slips in violation of sections 974 and 975 of the Penal Law, and order denying motion to dismiss the information or to set aside the conviction and grant a new trial, unanimously affirmed. No opinion.
