An order of this Court having been entered on August 20, 2020 (M-2065) granting defendant leave to prosecute, as a poor person, the appeal taken to this Court from the judgment of the Supreme Court, New York County, rendered on or about June 03, 2019, and assigning Solomon J. Schepps, Esq., as counsel to prosecute the appeal; and assigned counsel having moved to be relieved, and for related relief, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of striking the designation of Solomon J. Schepps, Esq., as assigned counsel to prosecute defendant's appeal, and substituting, pursuant to Section 722 of the County Law, Michael E. Lipson, Esq., 366 North Broadway, Suite 410, Jericho New York, 11753, Telephone No. 516-729-1701 as such counsel. The poor person relief previously granted is continued, and appellant's time in which to perfect the appeal is extended to the September 2022 Term of this Court.
