It is hereby ORDERED that the notice of appeal listing Indictment Number 10-W
45 shall be treated as valid as to the judgment rendered under Indictment Number 10-136, pursuant to CPL 460.10(6), and
It is further ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the appeals from the judgments rendered November 30, 2010 are hereby consolidated for the purposes of perfecting and arguing the appeals.
