Application by the appellant for a writ of coram nobis to vacate, on the ground of ineffective assistance of appellate counsel, a decision and order of this court dated November 15, 1999 (People v. Rukaj, 266 A.D.2d 407), affirming a judgment of the County Court, Westchester County, rendered June 3, 1998.
