DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION
On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court, dated May 5, 2011, which granted the appellant's motion for leave to serve and file a pro se supplemental brief on an appeal from a resentence of the County Court, Putnam County, imposed December 2, 2008, is recalled and vacated; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellant's motion for leave to file a pro se supplemental brief is denied.
The appellant has failed to file a pro se supplemental brief although afforded sufficient opportunity to do so.
