ORDERED that the order on application of this Court dated July 28, 2011, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered December 18, 2008, is amended by deleting from the decretal paragraph thereof the date "September 6, 2011," and substituting therefor the date "September 16, 2011."
