People v. Rosencrantz

Supreme Court of Michigan
Jan 15, 2002
639 N.W.2d 806 (Mich. 2002)

Opinion

No. 119741.

January 15, 2002.

COA: 197313, Genesee CC: 95-052884

On order of the Court, the delayed application for leave to appeal from the May 25, 2001 decision of the Court of Appeals is considered, and it is DENIED, because we are not persuaded that the questions presented should be reviewed by this Court.

Cavanagh and Kelly, JJ., would direct the prosecutor to respond to the application for leave, to address with particularity the allegations in the January 27, 2000 affidavit concerning the complainant's testimony that she never discussed the same with anyone, including representatives from the prosecutor's office.
