ORDER

By order of November 28, 2023, the application for leave to appeal the May 25, 2023 order of the Court of Appeals was held in abeyance pending the decision in People v Scott (Docket No. 164790). On order of the Court, the case having been decided on June 3, 2024, __Mich __(2024), the application is again considered, and it is DENIED, because we are not persuaded that the questions presented should be reviewed by this Court. The motion to lift the abeyance is DENIED as moot.
