In a coram nobis proceeding, defendant appeals from an order of the County Court, Kings County, dated July 17, 1961, which denied, without hearing, his application to vacate a judgment of said court, rendered December 17, 1951, after a jury trial, convicting him of burglary in the third degree and grand larceny in the first degree, and sentencing him to serve a term of 18 to 20 years. Order affirmed. No opinion. Beldock, P.J., Kleinfeld, Brennan, Rabin and Hopkins, JJ., concur.
