Appeal from Judgment of Monroe County Court, Bradstreet, J. — Burglary, 3rd Degree.

Present — Denman, P. J., Green, Pine, Hayes and Callahan, JJ.


Judgment unanimously affirmed. Memorandum: Upon our review of the record, we conclude that the verdict finding defendant guilty of burglary in the third degree (Penal Law § 140.20), petit larceny (Penal Law § 155.25) and criminal mischief in the fourth degree (Penal Law § 145.00) is not contrary to the weight of the evidence ( see, People v. Bleakley, 69 N.Y.2d 490, 495).
