Present — Cohn, J.P., Callahan, Van Voorhis, Shientag and Foster, JJ.; Callahan and Van Voorhis, JJ., dissent and vote to affirm in all respects. Settle order on notice.


Judgment modified by directing that the sentences under all counts run concurrently with each other, thus making a total sentence of not less than five nor more than ten years in State prison and, as so modified, affirmed. No opinion.
