Motion for an order permitting counsel to examine the New York State Department of Probation report and the Bellevue Hospital records herein granted to the extent that the psychiatric report before the trial court at sentence shall be added to the record on appeal, with leave to renew the motion as to the further relief requested, upon the argument of the appeal.
