The motion is granted to the extent that appellant may, within 30 days from the date of this order, submit a redacted opening brief containing the redactions noted in Exhibit A to the Declaration of Counsel in Support of Renewed Motion, lodged with this court on June 8, 2023, along with a sealed, unredacted opening brief. The motion is otherwise denied. The Clerk is directed to reject the redacted and unredacted appellant's opening briefs received on April 4, 2023.
