PEOPLE v. RODRIGUEZ (ANGELINA)
Withdrawal of counsel allowed by order
Good cause appearing, the motion of Karen A. Kelly, appointed habeas corpus/executive clemency counsel, to withdraw as counsel of record, filed August 31, 2022, is granted. The February 19, 2014, order appointing Kelly as habeas corpus/executive clemency counsel is hereby vacated.
Attorney John R. Mills is hereby appointed as habeas corpus/executive clemency counsel of record for Angelina Rodriguez, including in the proceedings in the superior court related to Rodriguez (Angelina) on H.C., S221227.
Karen A. Kelly is directed to deliver to John R. Mills, within 30 days from the filing of this order, all appellate and habeas corpus work product, trial files, and all other appellate and habeas corpus related materials that she has obtained from appellant Angelina Rodriguez or from her trial counsel, experts, investigators, or paralegals, or from any other source.
