Based upon counsel Deputy Attorney General Ryan B. McCarroll's representation that the response to appellant's “application for order staying appeal,” is anticipated to be filed by January 13, 2023, and extension of time in which to serve and file that document is granted to January 13, 2023. After that date, no further extension is contemplated.
