Submitted October 3, 2001.

December 17, 2001.

Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the County Court, Westchester County (Rosato, J.), rendered October 14, 1999, convicting him of robbery in the first degree, upon his plea of guilty, and imposing sentence.

Thomas H. McKenna, White Plains, N.Y., for appellant.

Jeanine Pirro, District Attorney, White Plains, N.Y. (Dean B. Cameron and Lois C. Valerio of counsel), for respondent.

Before: LAWRENCE J. BRACKEN, P.J., GABRIEL M. KRAUSMAN, DANIEL F. LUCIANO, NANCY E. SMITH, THOMAS A. ADAMS, JJ.

ORDERED that the judgment is affirmed.

We have reviewed the record and agree with the defendant's assigned counsel that there are no nonfrivolous issues which could be raised on appeal. Counsel's application for leave to withdraw as counsel is granted (see, Anders v. California, 386 U.S. 738; People v. Paige, 54 A.D.2d 63l; cf., People v. Gonzalez, 47 N.Y.2d 606).

BRACKEN, P.J., KRAUSMAN, LUCIANO, SMITH and ADAMS, JJ., concur.
