People of Michigan v. Stephon Laron Roby

LC No. 13-039423-FC

Michael J. Kelly Presiding Judge Stephen L. Borrello Brock A. Swartzle Judges

ORDER

The motion to remand is DENIED for failure to persuade the Court of the necessity of a remand at this time. In lieu of remand, the mental competency evaluation documents and the interrogation transcripts that are appended to appellant's brief as Appendices, C, D, F, and G are ACCEPTED AS ADDITIONS TO THE RECORD ON APPEAL.

Denial of remand is without prejudice to a case call panel of this Court determining that remand is necessary once the case is submitted on a session calendar.
