People v. Robinson

Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of New York, Second Department
Apr 6, 1964
20 A.D.2d 901 (N.Y. App. Div. 1964)

Opinion

April 6, 1964

Appeal by defendant from a judgment of the former County Court, Kings County, rendered June 27, 1962 on his plea of guilty, convicting him of robbery in the second degree and sentencing him to serve a term of 5 to 10 years. Judgment affirmed. The appeal is taken solely upon the ground of excessiveness of the sentence. In our opinion, under the circumstances disclosed by this record, the sentence imposed is not excessive. Beldock, P.J., Ughetta, Kleinfeld, Brennan and Hopkins, JJ., concur.
