APPEAL from a judgment of the Superior Court of San Diego County, No. SCE297578 Peter C. Deddeh, Judge.Super. SCE297578.
McINTYRE, J.
Dennis C. Robinson appeals after he pleaded guilty to possessing a controlled substance and admitted the truth of a prior strike conviction. He received a stipulated 32-month prison sentence. After the trial court denied Robinson's request for a certificate of probable cause, we issued an order stating that the issues on appeal were limited to sentencing questions or other matters occurring after the plea, but noting that Robinson had waived issues relating to: the denial of any suppression motion, prior strike convictions, and the stipulated sentence.
DISCUSSION
Appointed appellate counsel has filed a brief summarizing the facts and proceedings below. He presented no argument for reversal, but asked this court to review the record for error as mandated by People v. Wende (1979) 25 Cal.3d 436 (Wende). Under Anders v. California (1967) 386 U.S. 738 (Anders), he listed as a possible but not arguable issue, whether Robinson's plea was constitutionally valid. We granted Robinson permission to file a brief on his own behalf. He has not responded.
Our review of the record pursuant to Wende, including the possible issue listed by counsel pursuant to Anders, has disclosed no reasonably arguable issues on appeal. Competent counsel has represented Robinson on this appeal.
DISPOSITION
The judgment is affirmed.
