Summary Dispositions October 28, 1996:

In lieu of granting leave to appeal, the judgment of the Court of Appeals is vacated, and the case is remanded for reconsideration in light of the prosecutor's concession in that Court that defendant's guilty plea was conditional. MCR 7.302(F)(1). Defendant has not waived his appeal of the search and seizure issues. People v Reid, 420 Mich. 326 (1984). Jurisdiction is not retained.
