DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION
On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated November 29, 2010, which granted the defendant's motion for poor person relief and the assignment of counsel on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, rendered August 24, 2010, is amended to reflect that the appellant also appeals from a resentence of the same court imposed September 21, 2010.
