ORDER

Michael F. Gadola, Chief Judge, acting under MCR 7.203(F)(1), orders:

The motion to waive fees and delayed application for leave to appeal from the January 30, 2023 order are DISMISSED for lack of jurisdiction because appellant failed to file the application within the time period required by MCR 7.205(A) and MCR 6.509(A).
