Judgment of the County Court of the County of Kings, convicting appellant of the crime of attempt to commit the crime of rape in the first degree, upon the verdict of a jury, and sentencing him to serve an indeterminate term of imprisonment of from five to ten years, unanimously affirmed. No opinion.
