Attorney Regulation.

The Presiding Disciplinary Judge approved a Conditional Admission of Misconduct submitted by the parties and suspended Harold F. Riebesell (Attorney Registration No. 00719) from the practice of law for a period of two years with reinstatement conditioned upon payment of restitution, effective October 26, 2010. Respondent borrowed a total sum of $149,303.94 from his client without providing any of the disclosures required by Colo. RPC 1.8(a) and then defaulted on the loan. His misconduct constituted grounds for the imposition of discipline pursuant to C.R.C.P. 251.5 and violated Colo. RPC 1.8(a).
