Decided April 30, 2004.

Appeal from a judgment of the Oswego County Court (John J. Elliott, J.), rendered July 24, 2001. The judgment convicted defendant, upon his plea of guilty, of attempted kidnapping in the second degree and criminal possession of a weapon in the second degree.
