ORDER
By order of June 1, 2021, the application for leave to appeal the December 10, 2020 order of the Court of Appeals was held in abeyance pending the decision in People v Stovall (Docket No. 162425). On order of the Court, the case having been decided on July 28, 2022, Mich. (2022), the application is again considered. We DIRECT the Wayne County Prosecuting Attorney to answer the application for leave to appeal within 28 days after the date of this order.
