DECISION AND ORDER ON MOTION

Motion, pursuant to CPL 460.30, for extension of time to move for permission to appeal and, pursuant to CPL 460.15, for permission to appeal to this Court from order of County Court, Franklin County, dated December 16, 2019.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion for an extension of time to move for permission to appeal is granted, and it is further

ORDERED that the motion for permission to appeal to this Court is referred to Justice Pritzker, who makes the following decision: Motion granted, and it is certified that the case involves questions of law or fact which ought to be reviewed by this Court.
