Motion for extension of time to perfect appeal and for order compelling production of transcript.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion, and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion for an extension of time to perfect the appeal is granted and the time to perfect the appeal is extended to March 13, 2019, and it is further
ORDERED that the motion to compel production of a transcript is granted and Cathy Nilsson is directed to produce and file the stenographic transcript of the minutes of the guilty plea or a written statement that no minutes were taken by her of the guilty plea on or before December 21, 2018.
