An appeal having been taken to this Court from a judgment of the Supreme Court, New York County, rendered on or about December 15, 2015, and an order of this Court having been entered on March 11, 2021 (M-2021-00281) assigning Richard W. Weinstein, Esq., as counsel for defendant to prosecute the appeal and continuing the poor person relief previously granted by order of this Court entered August 30, 2018 (M-2172A), Now, upon the Court's own motion, It is ordered that Richard W. Weinstein, Esq. be and the same is hereby relieved as assigned counsel for defendant to prosecute the appeal and pursuant to Section 722 of the County Law, Simone Petromelis, Esq., 30 Wall Street, 8th Floor, New York, N.Y. 10005, Telephone Number 917-589-5926, is substituted as such counsel. The poor person relief previously granted is continued and appellant's time in which to perfect the appeal is extended to the June 2022 Term of this Court, with leave to seek further extensions, if necessary.
